Stella is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in the UK and is operated by Ithaca Energy (UK). The field is located in block 29/10a CHALK LAYERS & YOUNGER, 30/6a REST OF BLOCK (CHALK LAYERS & YOUNGER), and 30/6a REST OF BLOCK (LOWER LAYERS), with water depth of 289 feet.

Production from Stella

The Stella conventional oil field recovered 76.97% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2017. The peak production was approximately 4.6 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 40 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2026.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 3.94 Mmboe, comprised of 1.45 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 14.99 bcf of natural gas reserves.
