Su Tu (Lion) is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Vietnam and is operated by Cuu Long Joint Operating. The field is located in block Block 15-1, with water depth of 184 feet.

Production from Su Tu (Lion)
The Su Tu (Lion) conventional oil field recovered 59.38% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2009. The peak production was approximately 94.42 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 4 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2047. The field currently accounts for approximately 19% of the country’s daily output.
