Thelma is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in the UK and is operated by CNR International (U.K.). The field is located in block 16/17a ALL, with water depth of 443 feet.

Production from Thelma

The Thelma conventional oil field recovered 97.03% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1997. The peak production was approximately 27.55 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 34 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2030.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 2.57 Mmboe, comprised of 1.71 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 5.14 bcf of natural gas reserves.
