Tianjin II Refinery, China

PetroChina-Rosneft Orient Petrochemical (Tianjin) will operate the upcoming Tianjin II refinery, proposed to be built at Tianjin in China. The integrated refinery will be owned by China National Petroleum and Rosneft Oil and is expected to start operations in 2026.
