Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex operates the Turkmenbashi refinery, which is located in Balkan Province, Turkmenistan. It is an integrated refinery owned by Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex. The refinery, which started operations in 1943, has an NCI of 9.18.
