Production from Urengoyskoye (Achimov I)

The Urengoyskoye (Achimov I) conventional gas field recovered 25.81% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2020. The peak production was approximately 86.46 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 943 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2079. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 1,661.38 Mmboe, comprised of 585.57 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 6,454.88 bcf of natural gas reserves. Urengoyskoye (Achimov I) conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.57% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
