Western Surat Gas Project is a producing cbm field located onshore Australia and is operated by Stuart Petroleum Cooper Basin Oil. The field is located in block ATP 767P, PL 1022, PL 1023, and PL 1024.
Three expansion projects are associated with the Western Surat Gas Project cbm field, namely Roma North Development Phase 2, Roma North West Project and Roma North Development Phase 4. The expansion projects are currently in the approval and feasibility stage.

Production from Western Surat Gas Project
The Western Surat Gas Project cbm field recovered 5.78% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2022. The peak production was approximately 47 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2051.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 70.28 Mmboe, comprised of 421.67 bcf of natural gas reserves. Western Surat Gas Project cbm field reserves accounts 1.65% of total remaining reserves of producing cbm fields globally.
