Plains All American Pipeline will operate the upcoming Williston Basin liquids storage terminal, located in North Dakota in the US. Expected to start operations in 2021, the liquids storage terminal will be owned by Plains All American Pipeline.

 

 

Expected to be operational in 2021, the terminal will primarily store crude oil and will have pipeline, and road access.
