Neptune Energy Group Ltd has entered an agreement to purchase a 100% stake in VNG Norge AS from VNG AG.

Based in the UK, Neptune Energy is an independent oil and gas company. VNG Norge is a Norway-based oil and gas company and VNG AG is a Germany-based energy service provider and a wholesaler of natural gas.

VNG Norge is the owner of 42 licences and five producing fields and is also involved in the development of three projects namely Fenja (30%) and Bauge (2.5%) located in Norway, and Solsort (13.8%) in Denmark.

The acquisition is expected to help Neptune Energy to focus on the expansion of its business operations.

Panoro Energy has entered a sale and purchase agreement with DNO ASA to acquire DNO Tunisia ASA.

Panoro will acquire all the existing permit interests, rights and unfulfilled work obligations from DNO Tunisia, as part of the transaction.
