FMC Technologies Signs Agreement with BP

FMC Technologies is to provide subsea production systems and life-of-field services for BP’s worldwide subsea development projects, under a global frame agreement with BP.

The agreement will be valid for a term of five years.

FMC Technologies president and chief executive officer John Gremp said that FMC has supported a number of BP projects in the world’s most active deepwater basins.

The projects include the Thunder Horse development in the Gulf of Mexico and Greater Plutonio offshore West Africa.

FMC Technologies designs, manufactures, services systems and products including subsea production and processing systems, surface wellhead systems and measurement solutions for the oil and gas industry.
