US crude rose to $100.08 as oil rebounded from a record setback in the previous session that wiped as much as 10% from the price. US crude rose by 28¢, while ICE Brent crude for June LCOc1 rose 74¢ to $111.54 a barrel, reports Reuters. The rise may be attributed t

The rise may be attributed to raising concerns about further disruptions in the oil supply from unrest across the oil exporters in North Africa and the Middle East.
