Technip has secured a €70m contract from Endeavour Energy UK for the East Rochelle development in the North Sea, UK.

Technip will provide services including project management and detailed design, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of 30km of pipe-in-pipe, a flexible riser, a free issue umbilical, subsea isolation valves and manifolds.

The project also includes tie-in spools, trenching, backfill and rock dumping works.

The contract will be executed by Technip’s operating centre in Aberdeen, Scotland, while the flexible riser will be manufactured at its flexible pipe plant in Le Trait, France.

Work is expected to be completed by the second half of 2012.
