Cameron Secures Chevron Subsea Deal

US-based oil and gas services company Cameron has secured a $230m order from Chevron to provide subsea production systems for the Gulf of Mexico-based Jack & St Malo subsea development. The project involves 12 subsea trees with 15,000psi, production control systems, four manifolds a

US-based oil and gas services company Cameron has secured a $230m order from Chevron to provide subsea production systems for the Gulf of Mexico-based Jack & St Malo subsea development.

The project involves 12 subsea trees with 15,000psi, production control systems, four manifolds and related connection systems, project management and engineering services.

Cameron's high-pressure, high-temperature deepwater technology will be used to support the Jack & St Malo development, the company said in a statement.

Deliveries will take place from the third quarter of 2011 up to the second quarter of 2013.
