Oil prices fell to a three-month low to below $74 today on concerns that the European debt crisis could slow global growth and energy demand.

For June delivery, US crude declined 55¢ at $73.85 by 07.00GMT, while London Brent crude fell 23¢ to $79.88 a barrel, according to Reuters.

Oil recorded sharp gains on Monday following the announcement of a rescue package of $1trn for debt-laden European economies, but declines in Asia shares have pulled down prices.
