Contracts in the midstream oil and gas segment registered an increase of 6% with a total of 86 contracts in October 2022, when compared with 81 contracts in the previous month, according to GlobalData’s oil and gas contracts database.
The activity marked a decrease of 2%, when compared with the last 12-month average of 88 contracts.

By comparing contracts related to the midstream segment in different regions of the globe, Asia-Pacific held the top position with 41 contracts and a 48% share in October 2022, followed by Europe and Middle East with 22 (26%) and 10 (12%) contracts, respectively.
