Aker Solutions is to provide the tie-in and connector scope for the Goliat flowlines and risers contract for Technip Norway.

The work includes outboard remote tie-in system termination heads and associated equipment.

The equipment will be used to tie-in the flowlines, pipelines and flexible jumpers to the manifolds, flowline t-junctions (ILT) and riser bases on the Goliat field.

The Goliat field is situated in the Barents Sea, north-west of Hammerfest, Norway.

The Nkr65m ($10.8m) project will be executed and manufactured in Norway and the final equipment is expected to be delivered during the second quarter of 2013.
