Australian oil and gas exploration company Roc Oil’s president and executive director Dennis Paterson has resigned, effective 31 July this year.
The news comes almost a year after the company’s founder, John Doran, died of a sudden illness at the age of 62.
The company was founded in 1997 and listed in 1999 and has had a rapid rise from junior to mid-sized oil and gas producer.
Roc general manager Ron Morris will take over as president.
