Australia’s Neptune Marine Services has secured subsea contracts with Shell UK and GE Oil & Gas, the company has announced.
Neptune’s Aberdeen-based engineering division, Neptune Subsea Engineering, will supply Shell with subsea engineering consultancy services for three years.
Neptune Deeptech, the company’s fabrication division also based in Aberdeen, has signed a contract with GE to provide five subsea tree frames over nine months. These will be erected offshore Angola in the deepwater Kizomba Satellites Project.
ExxonMobil’s subsidiary Esso Exploration Angola (Block 15) is the operator of the Kizomba project. Neptune’s Aberdeen facilities will be the centre for all the project’s fabrication work.
