Aberdeen-based PSN has won a major deal with oil giant Shell for decommissioning work in the Brent field of the North Sea.
The £200m contract involves decommissioning the Brent platforms and is scheduled to begin late next year.
The deal is expected to provide a significant number of new job opportunities in the decommissioning services sector in Aberdeen, Scotland.
The Brent field is located 116 miles off the north-east coast of Shetland.
