Oil prices increased this morning as the dollar weakened and doubts remain about the eurozone rescue fund.

Brent futures rose by 34¢ to stand at $104 a barrel at 0530 GMT and US crude gained 10¢ to $81.31 a barrel.

Meanwhile, US crude inventories increased from 1.92 million barrels to 340.96 million barrels for the week to 23 September 2011, heightening concerns that demand may slow.

Analysts polled by Reuters had projected an 800,000 barrel build.
