Hunter Group ASA has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Dwellop AS for a purchase consideration of $21.79m, which will be funded through a combination of cash and equity.
Scheduled for completion by the end of this month, the transaction will allow Hunter Group to strengthen its service portfolio.

Paragon Industries offers baskets, containers, pallet and gang boxes, gas cylinder racks and cargo transporters for the oil and gas industry.
