TechnipFMC plc, Linde AG, and Research and Design Institute for Gas Processing have reached an agreement to establish a joint venture to offer engineering and design services for natural gas liquefaction (LNG) projects in Russia.
Approval for the joint venture was received from the European Commission. NIPIgazpererabotka is controlled by Sibur Group.

Monadelphous Group has been awarded a $453m contract by Woodside to provide gas asset general maintenance services and brownfields offshore implementation for its production facilities off Western Australia's north-west coast.
Monadelphous will offer maintenance, shutdown services and offshore brownfields implementation for Woodside’s Karratha Gas Plant, Pluto LNG, North Rankin Complex, Goodwyn A platform and Angel platform.

Block 7 will be operated by Eni (45%), while Cairn and Citla will own 30% and 25% stakes respectively.
Block 9 will be operated by Cairn with 65% interest, while Citla will hold the remaining 35%.
