Rubicon Oilfield International has acquired US-based Choice Completions Systems in a transaction expected to enhance its well construction portfolio and completion solutions.

The parties have not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.

Choice Completions is engaged in providing tools, services, and equipment rentals for conventional and unconventional completions.

Its focus is on developing and delivering completion products, catering to the specific needs of E&P operators across US unconventional basins.

According to Rubicon Oilfield, the transaction will ensure the company offers differentiated and value-driven frac plug and toe sleeve technology to its customers.

Rubicon Oilfield has also reported its investment in speeding up the growth of Choice product lines.

This latest acquisition comes after Rubicon Oilfield acquired oilfield products companies Logan International, Tercel Oilfield Products, and Top-Co Holdings last year.

Rubicon is an oilfield product and equipment company headquartered in Houston.
