EGPI Firecreek has discovered significant oil and gas reserves at its recently acquired Tubb Leasehold Estate in the AMOCO / CRAWAR Field in Ward County, Texas, US.
The firm is planning to perform a rework on one well of the field to cap off the currently producing reserve, and come up hole and drill at a shallower depth, which has shown a significant oil and gas deposit.

The rework is expected to increase production of both oil and gas, and lower repair costs and maintenance as a result of drilling at a shallower depth.
EGPI Firecreek CEO and chairman Dennis Alexander said by tapping into the new reserve and improving the performance of the Tubbs lease, the firm will have the ability to maximise the potential of the property.
