Chayandinskoye Conventional Gas Field, Russia

Chayandinskoye is a producing conventional gas field located onshore Russia and is operated by Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk. The field is located in block Chayandinsky.

An expansion project is associated with the Chayandinskoye, namely Chayandinskoye Development. This project is currently in the construction stage, expected to start in 2023.

Production from Chayandinskoye

The Chayandinskoye conventional gas field recovered 0.56% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2024. The peak production will approximately 8.12 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 2,543 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2093.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 5,730.11 Mmboe, comprised of 73.03 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 33,942.42 bcf of natural gas reserves. Chayandinskoye conventional gas field reserves accounts 1.86% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
