Duva is a producing conventional oil field located in deepwater in Norway and is operated by Neptune Energy Norway. The field is located in block 36/7P (PL 636), 36/7P (PL 636 C), and 36/7P (PL 636 B), with water depth of 1,178 feet.

The field is owned by Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo, Inpex, Idemitsu Kosan, Neptune Energy Group and Solveig Gas Norway.


Production from Duva

The Duva conventional oil field recovered 4.24% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2022. The peak production was approximately 7.23 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 95 Mmcfd of natural gas and 2.26 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2056.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 72.63 Mmboe, comprised of 20.16 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 269.98 bcf of natural gas reserves and 7.47 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. Duva conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.02% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
