Kaiso-Tonya is a conventional oil development located onshore Uganda and is operated by Total E&P Uganda. Kaiso-Tonya lies in block Exploration Area 2 and PL 05/16 (Maputa Nzizi Waraga).
The project is currently in feed stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2033.

Production from Kaiso-Tonya
Production from the Kaiso-Tonya conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2033 and is forecast to peak in 2035, to approximately 10,925 bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2055.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 43.35 Mmboe, comprised of 43.35 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
