Lac Da Vang is a conventional oil development located in shallow water in Vietnam and is operated by Murphy Cuu Long Bac Oil. Discovered in 2010, Lac Da Vang lies in block Block 15-1/05, with water depth of around 157 feet.
The project is currently in approval stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2023.

Production from Lac Da Vang
Production from the Lac Da Vang conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2023 and is forecast to peak in 2024, to approximately 8,800 bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2050.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 27.03 Mmboe, comprised of 27.03 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
