Messoyakhskoye East (Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye) is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Russia and is operated by Messoyakhaneftegaz. The field is located in block Messoyakhskoye East (Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye).

Two expansion projects are associated with the Messoyakhskoye East (Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye) conventional oil field, namely East Messoyakhskiye Phase 2.1 and East Messoyakhskiye Phase 2.2. The expansion projects are currently in the feasibility stage.

The field is owned by Rosneft Oil and Gazprom.


Production from Messoyakhskoye East (Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye)

The Messoyakhskoye East (Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye) conventional oil field recovered 16.62% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2024. The peak production will approximately 117.4 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2071. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 712.23 Mmboe, comprised of 712.18 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 0.31 bcf of natural gas reserves. Messoyakhskoye East (Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye) conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.15% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
