Production from Mipaya-Pagoreni Complex
The Mipaya-Pagoreni Complex conventional gas field recovered 66.93% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2013. The peak production was approximately 629 Mmcfd of natural gas and 38.14 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2039. The field currently accounts for approximately 24% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 234.99 Mmboe, comprised of 1,133.01 bcf of natural gas reserves and 46.16 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. Mipaya-Pagoreni Complex conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.08% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
