Otakikpo is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Nigeria and is operated by Green Energy. The field is located in block Otakikpo (OML 11).
An expansion project is associated with the Otakikpo, namely Otakikpo Phase 2. This project is currently in the construction stage, expected to start in 2021.

Production from Otakikpo
The Otakikpo conventional oil field recovered 16.16% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2021. The peak production was approximately 19 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2050.

The field is expected to recover 37.52 Mmboe, comprised of 37.52 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Otakikpo conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.01% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
