Richards Bay Refinery, South Africa

The Petroleum Oil and Gas Corporation of South Africa (SOC) will operate the upcoming Richards Bay refinery, proposed to be built at KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. The integrated refinery will be owned by CEF (SOC) and Saudi Arabian Oil and is expected to start operations in 2028.
