Production from Thunder Horse North

The Thunder Horse North conventional oil field recovered 50.60% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2010. The peak production was approximately 103.99 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 94 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2077.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 302.21 Mmboe, comprised of 260.35 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 251.16 bcf of natural gas reserves. Thunder Horse North conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.07% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
