Production from West Kuwait

The West Kuwait conventional oil field recovered 64.92% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2015. The peak production was approximately 490 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2069. The field currently accounts for approximately 14% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 1,763.29 Mmboe, comprised of 1,763.29 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. West Kuwait conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.38% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
