Yadavaran is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Iran and is operated by Arvandan Oil & Gas. The field is located in block West Karoun.
Two expansion projects are associated with the Yadavaran conventional oil field, namely Yadavaran Phase 2 and Yadavaran Phase 3. The expansion projects are currently in the construction and feasibility stage.

Production from Yadavaran
The Yadavaran conventional oil field recovered 12.10% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2033. The peak production will approximately 300 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2078. The field currently accounts for approximately 3% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 2,691.35 Mmboe, comprised of 2,691.35 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Yadavaran conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.58% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
