Yuedong is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in China and is operated by Tincy Group Energy Resources. The field is located in block Hainan Yuedong.

The field is owned by CITIC Group, China National Petroleum and Far Great Investments.

Production from Yuedong

The Yuedong conventional oil field recovered 99.79% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2016. The peak production was approximately 8.01 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2025.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 0.02 Mmboe, comprised of 0.02 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
