Yumna Conventional Oil Field, Oman

Yumna is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Oman and is operated by Masirah Oil. The field is located in block Block 50 (Masirah Bay Offshore), with water depth of 492 feet.

The field is owned by Rex International Holding, Societe Nationale d’Operations Petrolieres de la Cote d’Ivoire, Trace Atlantic Oil and othres.


Production from Yumna

The Yumna conventional oil field recovered 3.19% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2022. The peak production will approximately 12.35 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2059.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 64.32 Mmboe, comprised of 64.32 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Yumna conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.01% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
