Oil and gas procurement specialist Craig International has secured a 12-month contract with Chyrsaor to provide procurement services to the Armada, Everest, and Lomond gas platforms in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS).
The contract includes two one-year extension options and is estimated to strengthen Craig International’s North Sea operations.

The assets are located in the Everest gasfield, 233km east of Aberdeen.
Craig International joint managing director Steve McHardy said: “This is a significant contract for Craig International as we continue to expand our operations in the North Sea.
“With all our clients we strive to use our experience and expertise to help develop cost-effective procurement solutions that add value to their business.”
Craig International will procure consumables and provide ad-hoc procurement services to support operations at the three platforms under the contract.

By GlobalDataHeaded by a senior buyer, the project will be carried out by the team based at the company’s Aberdeen office.
Earlier this month, Chrysaor acquired a package of assets in the UK North Sea from Shell for $3bn, subject to customary adjustments.
The package comprised Shell’s interests in Beryl, Bressay, Buzzard, Elgin-Franklin, Erskine, Everest, the Greater Armada cluster, J Block, Lomond and Schiehallion.
The acquired assets are estimated to produce in an average around 120,000 net barrels of oil equivalent a day this year.
