Chevron U.S.A. Inc. is disposing its non-operated interest in a joint venture (JV) in the Hugoton, Greenwood and Bradshaw gas areas in Kansas, US. The assets occupy more than 16,000 gross acres across 28 counties.
The assets are up for sale in EnergyNet.com, an online auction marketplace for oil and gas properties.

Vermilion Energy Inc. has agreed to acquire interests through its wholly-owned subsidiary in a number of production and exploration assets in the Northwest German Basin, Germany, from Engie E&P Deutschland GmbH.
The deal involves a purchase consideration of $36.37m, which will be funded by Vermilion Energy though its existing credit facilities.
Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2016, the deal will enable Vermilion Energy to expand its oil and gas assets portfolio in Germany.

Rosneft Oil Company and China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group) have signed a framework agreement to collaborate on the development of a new gas processing and petrochemical complex in East Siberia, Russia.
The proposed facility will process output from Rosneft’s oil and gas fields of Yurubcheno-Takhomsky cluster in East Siberia.
The joint venture is expected to be formed in 2017.
