Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited (BEGC) has agreed to acquire a 20% interest in Verkhnechonskneftegaz, from Rosneft Oil Company.
Verkhnechonskneftegaz operates the Verkhnechonskoe oil and gas condensate field, which is located in the in Eastern Siberia, Russia.

The proposed deal will reduce Rosneft’s stake in the field to 79.94% and will allow BEGC to expand its investment portfolio.
WBI Energy, Inc. has completed the acquisition of remaining 50% interest in Dakota Prairie Refining, LLC (DPR), from Calumet North Dakota, LLC. The transaction involved a consideration of $28.5m, paid by WBI Energy to Calumet.
Tesoro Corporation has concurrently acquired 100% of DPR from WBI in a separate deal.
The transaction forms part of Calumet’s vision to emerge as a premier provider of petroleum-based specialty products.

By GlobalDataRiverstone Investment Group LLC has signed a pact with Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) to acquire a 50% interest in Kinder Morgan Utopia LLC (KMU).
Riverstone has agreed to pay prior and future capital expenditures involved in the 215 mile-long, 12in-diameter pipeline to be laid entirely within the state of Ohio.
The pipeline construction will begin in November 2016 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2017.
Credit Suisse Group AG is the financial advisor to KMI in the deal.
