DOF Subsea has gained full ownership in Canadian Subsea Shipping Company by acquiring the remaining 55% interest in the latter from Vard Group.
The acquirer company is a subsea services provider, while the target company is a shipping company.

Spanish gas transportation services provider Enagas Internacional and investment company Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) have jointly acquired 51% stake in Compania Operadora de Gas del Amazonas Sac.
The stake was purchased from engineering and construction company Grana y Montero. The purchase consideration for the acquisition was $21.5m.
The stake was acquired through Carmen Corporation, with 21% acquired by Enagas Internacional and 30% by CPPIB.
