Mogul Energy International has completed the drilling and testing of Stafford Well #2, which is located in the La Ward NE field area of Jackson County, Texas, US.
The well was completed as a producing well in the Frio Sand formation from a depth interval of 6,425-6,440ft.

The well is flowing oil at a rate of 50-70 barrels per day and gas at 40,000-60,000ft3, on an 8/64in choke at a flowing pressure of 650psi.
Production test rates have been as high as 165bopd on larger choke sizes.
Mogul Energy International president and CEO Tim Turner said that based on the results of the well, the firm will continue its options for additional drilling locations within the Stafford Prospect.
