TGS has commenced field operations on the West Kermit 3D seismic survey in the Permian Basin, Texas.
This project will cover a minimum of 150 square miles within the Loving and Winkler counties.

The high-resolution 3D survey is intended to help in the evaluation and development of multiple zone potential, including productive Wolfcamp and Bone Spring intervals.
Data acquisition is slated to begin in this year's early second quarter, with final data available to clients in the fourth quarter.
The data will be processed by TGS using its modern land imaging technology to offer clients with greater reservoir understanding.
West Kermit 3D is complemented by TGS' wide geologic products database, which comprises data from more than 425,000 wells and multiple interpretive products in the Permian Basin.
