Cheniere Marketing will supply around 0.9 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG for 20 years to Foran.
The discovery was made at the Roystonea-1 exploration well in Block 52.
The deal also includes Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain oil and natural gas operations.
The UK-based oil and gas company’s total revenue and other income fell by 21% YoY.
