The OPEC+ group, comprising eight countries, has agreed to augment its production.
The move has bolstered the company’s contract pipeline to $20bn (£14.77bn) over the next 20 years.
The deal encompasses a comprehensive range of OCTG supplies including pipes and VAM premium connections.
The funding arrangement is expected to be divided into short-term and long-term loans.
The 15-year agreement reflects the companies' mutual intent to enhance cooperation within the LNG value chain.
The company has also entered into a 15-year deal with Shell to procure approximately 700,000tpa of US LNG.
