The agreement centres on increasing production at the Petroquiriquire JV on the eastern side of Lake Maracaibo.
As of 08:18 GMT on 17 June, Brent crude had risen by $0.02 to $78.98/bbl and WTI had increased by $0.03 to $76.08/bbl.
The company plans to achieve the target through investment in oil and gas and by expanding operations on the NCS and internationally.
Under the terms of the agreement, HelleniQ Energy will continue to hold a 30% share in the concession.
