The agreement will enable LNG imports at the Port of Richards Bay, reflecting continued international interest in supplying gas to South Africa.
According to Keyera, more than 120,000bpd of additional commitments have been secured across KAPS Zones 1–4 since 2025.
The new agreements are set to come into effect this year, with LNG provided from Venture Global’s portfolio.
