Oneok Partners is to invest between $260m and $305m by the end of 2014 for additional projects in the Bakken Shale in Williston Basin, US.
The investments include $135m-$150m for building the Stateline II plant in Williams County, a new 100 million cubic feet per day natural gas processing facility, which is expected to be in service by the first half of 2013.

Oneok will also invest $80m-$110m in expansions and upgrades to its existing gathering and compression infrastructure.
Oneok expects to invest $45m over the same period for new well connections associated with the Stateline II facility.
