Murphy Oil has begun operations at the Tupper West natural gas processing facility in north-eastern British Columbia, in Canada.
The Tupper West gas plant is located 39km from the Tupper Main facility in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, and has a capacity of 180 million cubic feet a day.

The plant is expected to produce 85 million cubic feet a day, with year-end exit rates of more than 120 million cubic feet a day in 2011.
