Strategic American Oil Corporation (SGCA) has recompleted and put into production its initial Fisher’s Reef G2-3A well in Chambers County, Texas, US.
The Fisher’s Reef G2-3A well is producing 140bpd of oil and about 200mcf per day of natural gas, representing a 46% increase in average liquids production and a 48% increase in its average total production.

The flowing tubing pressure at the G2-3A well was 600psi and the well is said to be flowing naturally.
The well was completed in the Frio 17 formation at a total depth of 9,500ft.
SGCA has an 85% working interest in the well.
SGCA CEO Jeremy Driver said the firm has now started scheduling plans to drill the next well in the Fisher’s Reef field.
